Represent Employer with interest in crewing business abroad. Enter all contracts with any person, corporation, institutions or entity in a joint venture or as partner in the recruitment, hiring and placement of United States and  Filipino contract workers for Local and overseas employment. Authenticate and deliver all documents necessary to complete. transactions related to recruitment and hiring, including departure of hired workers. Close coordination with client on crew travel itineraries (from point of origin to point of destination). We personally vette each crew member before sending them to location.

Comprehensive handling of crew on different types of vessels i.e., barges, tugboats, rigs and platform personnel, bulk carriers, containers, car carriers, products and oil tankers, supply boats, pipe-laying vessels, etc. 

Performs all customary functions related to crewing and crew management, with a pool of qualified and experienced Deck and Engine Seniors, Junior Officers, Catering crew with valid certificates complying with IMO/STCW and Flag requirements. 

Process and assist crew in connection with other government- related documentary requirements prior to deployment.

Provide services in monitoring crew concerns and assist them in all their needs and other possible related work issues. 

To work hand in hand with authorized or appointed personnel in charge of your foreign labor.

To provide client highly qualified vis a vis cost efficient crew.

Assist crew in updating their travel documents, Timely distribution of payroll with accurate FX rate. up-to-date monthly contribution of SSS and other international requirements. Pre-departure orientation seminar. Full coordination with client/agent with transportation assistance if required. Closely coordinate with client and crew during their travel. Full coordination with crew families, as well as any other services the client requires.
